 M.C. Dahl Accounting Services was built on a foundation of strong technical accounting experience, practical problem solving, and a genuine commitment to supporting business owners with financial clarity and confidence. 

 Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and spent over 10 years in public accounting with both national and local firms, gaining deep experience across multiple industries and complex financial environments. 

In 2021, M.C. Dahl Accounting Services was created to provide professional, hands-on accounting leadership to small and mid-sized businesses. Experience now includes supporting clients in industries such as restaurants, wineries, agriculture, nonprofits, wholesale and resale, consulting, real estate, IT services, construction, and more. 

Years spent in public accounting revealed something important: many businesses need experienced accounting leadership, but not at a full-time or traditional firm level. 

Over time, a strong passion developed for being closely involved in day-to-day accounting operations, collaborating directly with business owners, and helping them understand and trust their financial information.

After years in business, that passion has only grown. There is genuine enjoyment in staying connected to real-world operations, supporting teams, and ensuring that financial systems are accurate, practical, and truly useful.
